This white paper investigates how Generation Z (born 7997-2072) college students define what constitutes a "good job." Using qualitative data collected from 182 undergraduates at a large Hispanic-Serving Institution, we identify key economic (earnings, benefits,job security) and non-economic factors (satisfying work, flexibility, positive workplace dynamics) shaping their definitions.
