From Insight to Action

Researching the College-to-Career Journey—and Supporting Students Along the Way

Labor Lab is a research initiative focused on the college-to-career transition. We investigate how students navigate career decisions and publish insights through white papers, executive summaries, and practical tools. We also create hands-on research and publishing experiences for undergraduates interested in careers, data, and social change.
